These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tinyz.link, including its website, URL-shortening features, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Using the Service
You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not interfere with other users or our systems. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, or use the Service with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

You may not use tinyz.link to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate links to:

- spam, deceptive advertising, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive automation; or

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend, disable, or remove links without advance notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
3. Your submissions
You remain responsible for the URLs you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to share them. You grant tinyz.link the limited permission needed to process, store, display, redirect, and secure those submissions as part of operating the Service.
4. Third-party destinations
A shortened link may redirect to a third-party website or service. We do not control or endorse third-party destinations, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service useful and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity, or events outside our control. Features, limits, and these Terms may change. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
6. Local law and regional rights
You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with the laws that apply where you live, work, or access it.
